UPLIFT – Urban People Living in Faith and Trust
Currently, over 300 children and teens, senior citizens and homeless ex-offenders receive the gift of God’s love and grace through one of Uplift’s four signficant programs:
1) Kids at Heart (KAH) offers tutoring and mentoring for low-income, at risk children and teens
2) Swimming Upstream was developed to guide young women and men as they navigate adolescent challenges through a ten-week workshop series providing tools for character development.
3) Senior Partners Plus (SPP) provides fellowship and group activities for low-income seniors
4) Triple Cross (TC) provides assistance and transportation to homeless who are seeking to become reintegrated into the world outside of prison walls
