Presbytery of San Diego - Sudanese Church

In 2002, each church in the San Diego Presbytery joined hearts, hands, and financial gifts to build a simple center for worship for many of the over 3,000 Sudanese refugees that have struggled to make San Diego their home. Today, the membership of the Sudanese church continues to hold Sunday worship services and provide spiritual education for their children who are growing up suspended between two cultures.
