MOTE - Homework Clubs
The Homework Club ministry is headed by site supervisors who organize and train volunteers to work one-on-one with the children. The three components of the program are:
- Assisting each student with their homework.
- Arts, crafts, and recreation programs.
- Character development where respect for others, citizenship responsibility, cooperation, and integrity are stressed by adults who model positive Christian behavior during each program.
The Homework Clubs are directed by Dr. David Walden (“Chappy Dave”) as part of Missions on the Edge (M.O.T.E., Inc.).
