GRACE Fund: Africa

The GRACE Fund supports the following education-based projects:

Tuition for South African Children – Nomsie, a Xhosa woman abandoned by her husband, lives in the tribal “Transkei” homeland of South Africa.  She supports five children of her own, four left by a sister who died of AIDS, and two from a young friend who is near death. The GRACE Fund helps Nomsie and others like her provide educational opportunities for the children in their care.

The Purcifull Childcare Center – The PCCC provides loving daycare for children in South Africa who would otherwise be left on their own to roam the streets while their caregivers, generally single mothers, find whatever work they can.  Their noontime meal at the Center may be the only healthy meal these children have all day.

The Child Rescue Centre (CRC) – Sierra Leone suffered for many years under a brutal war. Children were left living on the streets when their families were killed, or had no way to care for them. The CRC provides these children with tuition, school supplies, etc. childrescue.homestead.com/home.html

The GRACE Fund was establish by Mike Kozlowski and Craig Murken through the RBCPC Kingdom Assignment program in December 2004.  The Fund is approved by the Church’s Missions Committee and donations can be made through RBCPC while the Fund awaits its official non-profit status.

The Child Rescue Centre received the 2008 Pentecost Offering.
