Philosophy of Use
It is our desire that the property and facilities of the Rancho Bernardo Community Presbyterian Church (RBCPC), that God has entrusted us, be used to serve the cause of Jesus Christ and His people. We want the property and facilities to experience maximum use for the greatest service to support RBCPC’s core values and goals and our mission statement where, “Jesus transforms us so that we can help change the world!”
Scheduling Procedure
All requests must be made through RBCPC’s Facilities Office preferably one month prior to the event. RBCPC reserves the right to rescind or reassign any reserved space. The usage priority of events held at RBCPC is:
RBCPC facilities are not available for non-church-related events or activities, unless otherwise approved by the Facilities Committee.
All requestors must complete a Facility Use Form, obtained from the church office or website. The applicant, or its representative, must be over 18 years old and present during usage. The event/activity must be authorized in writing by a Pastor or Team Leader. The completed Facility Use Form is to be submitted to the Facilities Department for final approval. The date on which the form is received will establish the priority of the request when there is more than one request for the same space at the same time. The Facilities Department will notify the applicant with a confirmation upon approval for facility usage.
Use Guidelines
Any or all persons requesting use of part or all of RBCPC’s property agree to all the rules and regulations set forth in this policy. If you have any questions, please contact the Facilities Office (858) 487-0811, ext. 270.

The Facilities Department has an ongoing and special need for volunteers around the campus both skilled and unskilled. Please consider joining the Facilities Committee, the Gorilla Gardeners, the Pirate Painters or helping out in any handyperson way that your skills and time permit. Ralph Parris is one of our super hero volunteers. He accomplishes a lot of the carpentry around here as well as applying his other considerable talents. Ralph would like to remind us that his Savior was first a carpenter who also worked with his hands as well as His other God-given talents.
Feel free to call ext. 209 to volunteer.
