Women's Retreat 2008

June 6, 7, & 8, Murrieta Hot Springs

We are very excited about every aspect of the event. Our theme of Relax, Renew, Refresh and Rejoice in the Redirection of Our Lives. This retreat is going to be a wonderful balance of giving you a relaxing and refreshing get away from your busy day to day life while at the same time also providing you the opportunity to grow in your faith. Our speaker, Judy Hampton, with her humor, sound Biblical knowledge and authentic speaking style, will focus her topics on how you can rejoice in the changes and challenges of your life.

Going to the retreat may seem like an extravagant financial and time expense to you, however, when so many of life’s issues are changing and unstable, one thing you can always, always count on is God; the ROCK.  We hope you will look at the retreat as personal investment that will have eternal dividends as you continue your faith journey with Christ in this community of women.

Visit the patio table after services for a registration brochure or pick one up in the office and plan to be part of this year's Women's Retreat. Invest in this opportunity for a weekend to be refreshed and renewed at beautiful Murrietta Hot Springs.

Women's Daily Interactive email Bible reading
Women do you want to read the Bible every day, but you can't find the motivation? Women's Ministries has the solution!

A scripture passage about 10-20 verses long will be emailed each evening from Sunday to Thursday for the following day from the book "365 Must Read Bible Passages," along with a couple of questions for thought. Plan to commit 15-20 minutes each day to read and reflect on the passage. Your name will also be placed on an email list of up to 15 women.

This is a great way to get into the habit of reading the Bible daily. For more information, contact Kathy Wesley at (858) 487-0811.
