Lenten Devotional 2012

Souper Bowl
Saturday, February 4 and Sunday, February 5

On Super Bowl weekend, you get to reach out a helping hand in mission to those who need food! As you come to worship, bring with you loads of soup – cans, 8 packs, flats, - with dollars or checks wrapped around them. Soup and money will be counted, checks to RBCPC will be collected, trucks will be loaded, and all these donations will be delivered to San Diego Presbyterian Crisis Center and Interfaith Community Services in Escondido. May it be our prayer: “Lord, as we enjoy the Super Bowl football game, help us be mindful of those without a bowl of soup to eat.”  Yes, let’s Get In The Game and Stir It Up!
